Critical for hotels with the handy smartphone, the Hotel Portal is a platform for reviewing handy performance in hotels, so as to perform different actions on handy such as sending push messages, managing in-room-dining items, reviewing guest satisfactions, etc.
Since lots of the portal features were still in development, this project was aimed to improve the overall user experience, so as to Increase hotel engagement to handy portal service, hence enhance their stickiness to the handy smartphone.
