VOGA is an online retailer of replica mid-century furniture based in London, founded in 2008. By focusing solely in online business, VOGA is able to produce high quality pieces with a low selling price, which has make VOGA grown to become one of the world's biggest replica furniture retailer, and has customers from all around the world.
My responsibily in VOGA includes brand image design, online / printed promotion material design, website and e-newsletter design and development.
The website is the most important channel for customers to explore VOGA, that is why we have made the website as user-friendly as possible. With specific designs for desktop, tablets and mobile, users can enjoy smooth experiences on whatever devices they are using.
Before there was no way for VOGA customers to check their order status initiatively. They can only rely on the order status emails the company sent. This can cause a great deal of uncertainty to customers, and potentially affect the company's trustworthiness, which is critical for online-shopping. To improve the situation I developed the track my order feature from ideation to layout, and eventually implemented the front-end side of the page. Order status since then become much more transparent to customers.
E-newsletters is one of the major channel for promotion. During my time in VOGA I have developed numerous newsletter designs, and by working closely with the marketing team we also did multiple testings to understand what treatment can attract customer the most. This results in a 40% rise of the conversion rate in half a year, which is a huge advancement for the company.
